METHODS OF PAYMENT

You can use one of the following payment methods; all are free of charge:

Credit/Debit Card (Provider:Wix Payments), PayPal (Provider: PayPal), or Ideal (Provider: Wix Payments).

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The standard healing waters will be shipped within three days. The custom healing waters will take longer to create. After receiving the customer's information, it can take up to a week for the order to be ready for shipping. If you need something by a specific date or need an order rushed, please, contact us directly at info@riverlandrose.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Dutch orders will usually arrive within one week (Tuesday till Saturday) via a ‘brievenbuspakketje’.

All other orders are shipped via PostNL. Please allow 2-21 business days for your international order to arrive. The packages without track and trace take usually longer to arrive compared to the standard packages with track and trace. 

 

Please check your address carefully, you are responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address.

We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.

All orders (except for orders to Culemborg) are shipped via PostNL. 

Culemborg (the Netherlands): € 1.95

Netherlands: €4.95 ('brievenbuspakketje' with track and trace).

Postal zone EUR1: € 7.50 (package, without track and trace) or €13.00 (standard package with track and trace).

Postal zone EUR2: € 9.00 (package, without track and trace) or €18.50 (standard package with track and trace).

Rest of the world/international: € 11.00 (package, without track and trace) or €29.30 (standard package with track and trace).

Please note we are not responsible for any custom fees, duties, or taxes that may be imposed through international purchases. Shipping packages with track and trace usually is more reliable and will arrive more swiftly.

FREE DELIVERY

The Netherlands: free shipping with an order over € 60.

Postal zone EUR1: free shipping with an order over € 80.

Postal zone EUR2 and rest of the world: free shipping with an order over €100

 

RETURNS AND REFUND

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, contact us directly at info@riverlandrose.com. EU customers that wish to return their order must notify us within 14 calendar days from the purchase date. You do not need to cite a reason for returning the order, but it would be appreciated if you did. Items must be returned in their original packaging in their original condition. If an item is not received back in this condition, we reserve the right to offer you store credit instead of a refund, or ship the item back to you for you to keep, at our discretion.

We are sorry, but due to the small nature of our business, we are unable to offer a free returns service. EU customers’ returns must be made at your own cost within 14 calendar days after notifying us of your intention to return your item. Please, return using a standard trackable service.

After receipt of your return shipment, you will be refunded within two weeks.
